Hidden gem on Marathon Key. Cant beat it for the price, looks like it was newly renovated with updated beautiful kitchen. 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, big walk in shower, no tub. Spacious backyard with wind out canopy, grill, chairs, jacuzzi (didnt use it it was too hot during my stay). On site washer and dryer and two parking spots. HUGE aloe vera plant on the property (the absolute best for sun burn just cut off a small portion and rub the pulp on your skin its hydrating and wont leave a sticky residue, stick it in the fridge for severe sunburn cooling relief) I used it on both my wife and I on our second to last day as we got a little toasty at Bahia Honda State Park while snorkeling. Very close to so many wonderful places, Sombrero beach, Bahia Honda, Multiple State Parks, Key West, some of the best fishing and snorkeling in the world. Wonderful restaurants, charter boats (Marathon Lady is the BEST for those on a budget) and most restaurants will cook what you catch for about $20 fee. Already planning our return trip for Fall 2024 and will be booking this rental once again. Cant wait!
