What is the pet policy? All pets must be approved prior to reservation. We require a non-refundable pet deposit per pet.
Can I bring my boat? Prior arrangements must be made prior to brining a boat. It is the guests responsibility to notify Star Properties they intend to bring a boat. Many of our condo communities have requirements to be able the bring a boat onto the property including boat waivers, registration and insurance. We will also have to make sure there is space available for your boat.
Can I use the boat lift? Properties with boat lifts do have access to use the lifts during your stay. We will have to arrange a time for a tech to come and adjust the bunks on the lifts for your particular boat (THIS IS AN ADDITIONAL EXPENSE)
What is the wifi and password? This information can be found in our Star Properties binders that we provide in the unit. These binders have a lot of different information that will help you out during your stay.
