We stayed at Cape Dorado from April 19th through May 3rd, and we LOVED it. The home is GORGEOUS inside and out. We had amazing views of the Gulf off the upper and lower balconies. While you’re in the pool and hot tub, you are overlooking the Gulf as well. The pool is so much fun and the hot tub is so relaxing at the end of the evening. The house comes with 2 kayaks, and the dock is beautiful and safe. The home is HUGE with plenty of room to spread out. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds are comfortable. The house is very clean and tastefully decorated. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully kept. We saw the beautiful sunsets from the balconies and the dock. At times, we saw the sunset and the moon at the same time. We can’t say enough great things about this property.
The house is centrally located to almost everything you would want to do in Marathon. There are lots of great restaurants up and down the main highway as well as some that are tucked away. Although, there’s something to be said about having a yummy bbq next to the poolside.
Jaclyn and her team are amazing. She was very responsive from the booking process and while on our stay. Meghan, the concierge, was wonderful in getting some fun things booked for us. She got us a great deal on bike rentals and a paddle board rental. All in all, it is a top-notch experience. We LOVE it SO much that we already booked for next April. If you’re on the fence about booking this property, DO IT. You will love every bit of your stay. We made the most unforgettable memories here.
